I have here, a picture of a mexican birthday cake from my birthday last year. I believe it was called a.. Tres Leches Cake? English translation: Three milk cake.
It truly tastes amazing, and I cannot imagine a better kind of dessert that could ever be in comparison with it. The inside of the cake taste like no ordinary cake; it’s..wet and had lots of moisture. Like a spongecake, but not quite.
It was purchased at a supermarket that I recalled was named “El Rancho”.
